Type specimen: IHNFG-5297, a skeleton. Its type locality is El Chango Quarry, which is in a Cenomanian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal dolomite in the Cintalapa Formation of Mexico.

Ecology: amphibious carnivore

Distribution: found only at El Chango Quarry
