Type specimen: Holotype:no. 28173. Paratype: no.28174, a mandible (m1-m3). Its type locality is Saw Rock Canyon (Lower), which is in a Blancan terrestrial horizon in the Rexroad Formation of Kansas.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Saw Rock Canyon (Lower)
