Type specimen: NRM-PZ A542, a limb element (right tarsometatarsus). Its type locality is NRM 2, which is in a Priabonian marine horizon in the Submeseta Formation of Antarctica.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at NRM 2
