Type specimen: Slide W-71-1 (11.6R, 13.4D); Plate 2, Figure 9, a microspore. Its type locality is W-71, which is in a Paleocene terrestrial siliciclastic in the Fort Union Formation of Wyoming.

• Paleocene of United States (45: Montana, Wyoming collections)
Total: 45 collections each including a single occurrence
