Type specimen: PA 18080, a cephalon/head. Its type locality is new trilobite collection, Gomi Quarry, which is in a Ludlow reef, buildup or bioherm reef rocks/shale in the Fukata Formation of Japan.
Distribution: found only at new trilobite collection, Gomi Quarry
