Type specimen: Its type locality is USNM locality 22L, half mile south of East Petersburg, which is in a Dyeran marine shale in the Kinzers Formation of Pennsylvania

• Cambrian of United States (2: Pennsylvania collections)

Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
