Type specimen: MNHN 2001-5, a skeleton. Its type locality is Carrière des Fouthiaux, which is in a Stephanian B mire/swamp sandstone in the Upper Seams Formation of France.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Carrière des Fouthiaux
