Type specimen: Qingdao University of Science and Technology, QUST-AM32127, a flower. Its type locality is Tanaing Amber Mine, Hukawng Valley, which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.
Ecology: "photoautotroph"
Distribution: found only at Tanaing Amber Mine, Hukawng Valley
