Type specimen: Harvard Univ. 58267, Slide K-25. Its type locality is 1.2 km northwest of Kakabeka Falls, which is in an Orosirian basinal (siliceous) chert in the Gunflint Chert Formation of Canada.

• Statherian of Australia (1 collection)
• Orosirian of Canada (1: Ontario)
Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
