- Erethizon bathygnathum: USNM 13684, a mandible (fragmentary left ramus with p4-m2). Its type locality is Castle Butte, which is in a Blancan terrestrial horizon in Idaho.

• Quaternary of United States (1: South Carolina collection)
• Blancan of United States (6: Arizona, California, Idaho)
