Type specimen: GSC 135298, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is TCM 18, which is in a Darriwilian slope lime mudstone in the Table Cove Formation of Canada.
Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore
Distribution:
• Ordovician of Canada (4: Newfoundland collections)
Total: 4 collections each including a single occurrence
