Type specimen: GNUE112006, a forewing. Its type locality is Myungcheon-dong, Boryeong, which is in a Norian lacustrine shale in the Amisan Formation of South Korea.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Myungcheon-dong, Boryeong
