Type specimen: IRSNB a12593, a pygidium. Its type locality is Lissingen, which is in an Eifelian marine horizon in the Ahrdorf Formation of Germany.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal deposit feeder
Distribution: found only at Lissingen
