Type specimen: IRSNB a1713, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Couche Rouge, Jbel Issoumour, which is in a Pragian marine mudstone in the Ihandar Formation of Morocco.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore
Distribution: found only at Couche Rouge, Jbel Issoumour
