Type specimen: NHM I 10555, an elytra (most of anal area destroyed). Its type locality is Strensham, Worcestershire, which is in a Rhaetian marine horizon in the Lilstock Formation of the United Kingdom.

Ecology: fast-moving ground dwelling grazer-herbivore

Distribution: found only at Strensham, Worcestershire
