Sister taxon: Montanoolithus strongorum
Type specimen: IPS-96485, an egg (one eggshell fragment). Its type locality is Labadous farm (F6), which is in a Maastrichtian terrestrial marl in the Marnes Rouges Inférieures Formation of France.
Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore
Distribution: found only at Labadous farm (F6)
