Sister taxon: Gogoella brevis
Type specimen: UWA 71202, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is section RM 10, Prices Creek Area, Emanuel Creek, Canning Basin, which is in an Arenig marine horizon in the Emanuel Formation of Australia.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore
Distribution: found only at section RM 10, Prices Creek Area, Emanuel Creek, Canning Basin
