Sister taxon: Agujaceratops mariscalensis

Type specimen: TMM 43098-1, a partial skull. Its type locality is Windy City, Rattlesnake Mountain, Big Bend, which is in a Campanian/Campanian crevasse splay sandstone/mudstone in the Aguja Formation of Texas.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Windy City, Rattlesnake Mountain, Big Bend
