Type specimen: MPZ 2006/432, , a mandible (ight hemimandible with complete tooth row). Its type locality is Toril 3, which is in a MN 7 + 8 terrestrial horizon in Spain.

Ecology: ground dwelling browser-grazer

Distribution: found only at Toril 3
