Type specimen: GSC 143757. Its type locality is Pika biota, below Mural Glacier, Jasper National Park, which is in a Guzhangian peritidal shale/mudstone in the Pika Formation of Canada.
Ecology: facultatively mobile shallow infaunal carnivore
Distribution: found only at Pika biota, below Mural Glacier, Jasper National Park
