Type specimen: ANU 21811, a partial skeleton. Its type locality is Caravan Point, Goodradigbee Inlet, Wee Jasper, which is in an Emsian shallow subtidal limestone in the Taemas Formation of Australia.

Distribution: found only at Caravan Point, Goodradigbee Inlet, Wee Jasper
