Sister taxon: Titanonarke megapterygia
Type specimen: MGP-PD 26275/6, a skeleton. Its type locality is Monte Postale, Monte Bolca (Padova MGP-PD collection), which is in a Ypresian carbonate limestone in Italy.

• Eocene of Italy (4 collections)
Total: 4 collections each including a single occurrence
