Type specimen: DMNH 16085, a cephalon/head. Its type locality is Locality ICS-1179, which is in a Lenian carbonate limestone in the Pioche Shale Formation of Nevada.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal deposit feeder

• Cambrian of Canada (2: Northwest Territory collections), United States (19: California, Nevada)
