Type specimen: USNM 144690. Its type locality is cnw/14. Russell Gap, which is in a Steptoean carbonate limestone in the Nolichucky Formation of Tennessee.

Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore

Distribution: found only at cnw/14. Russell Gap
