Type specimen: PIN 4691-1, a shell (almost complete shell). Its type locality is Haichin Ula I [SMGE, SMPE] (PIN coll. 4230), which is in a Maastrichtian terrestrial sandstone in the Nemegt Formation of Mongolia.

Ecology: aquatic omnivore

Distribution: found only at Haichin Ula I [SMGE, SMPE] (PIN coll. 4230)
