Type specimen: Muz PGI 1808.II.10, a carapace. Its type locality is Zalezianka-Gózd outcrop, which is in a Dienerian/Smithian wet floodplain sandstone in Poland.

Distribution: found only at Zalezianka-Gózd outcrop
