Type specimen: MPSC 9665, an exoskeleton (forewing). Its type locality is Crato (Regional University of Cariri LPU/MPSC collection), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large lime mudstone in the Crato Formation of Brazil.

Ecology: fast-moving ground dwelling grazer-herbivore

Distribution: found only at Crato (Regional University of Cariri LPU/MPSC collection)
