Type specimen: BGS-JX F001-1, a partial skull (a nearly complete right dentary). Its type locality is Zhutongkeng, which is in a Maastrichtian terrestrial sandstone in the Lianhe Formation of China.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution: found only at Zhutongkeng
