Type specimen: RTMP 74.10.5, a partial skeleton. Its type locality is RTMP Quarry 140, Steveville, which is in a Campanian terrestrial sandstone in the Dinosaur Park Formation of Canada.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Average measurements (in mm): femur circumference 63.0, fibula circumference 13.0, tibia circumference 58.3

Distribution:

• Cretaceous of Canada (57: Alberta collections), United States (16: Alaska, Montana, Texas)
