Type specimen: SMC B55731, R scapula (lectotype from among 77 syntypes), a set of postcrania. Its type locality is Reach, Cambridge, which is in a Cenomanian marine phosphorite in the Upper Greensand Formation of the United Kingdom.

Distribution: found only at Reach, Cambridge
