Type specimen: BMNH R60000. Its type locality is St. Peter's Brick Pit, which is in an Anisian terrestrial ironstone in the Ashfield Shale Formation of Australia.

Ecology: amphibious carnivore

Distribution: found only at St. Peter's Brick Pit
