Type specimens:
- Eopachyrucos pliciformis: Its type locality is Mustersan of Patagonia, which is in a Mustersan terrestrial horizon in Argentina
- Eopachyrucos pliciferus: MACN A55-12, isolated left M1 or M2, a tooth. Its type locality is Cañadón Blanco, which is in an Oligocene terrestrial horizon in Argentina.
Ecology: scansorial herbivore
Distribution:
• Oligocene of Argentina (5 collections)
• Tinguirirican of Argentina (1)
• Eocene of Argentina (1)
Total: 7 collections each including a single occurrence
