Type specimen: BYU 12950, a skull ( a poorly preserved skull includ-ing part of the premaxillae, nasals, right maxilla, lacrimal, jugal, prefrontal, postorbital, squamosal, frontal, parietal, and). Its type locality is Betonnie Tstosie Wash (BYU), which is in a Campanian terrestrial horizon in the Kirtland Formation of New Mexico.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Betonnie Tstosie Wash (BYU)
