Type specimen: HORSM 1988.1546. Its type locality is Rudgwick Brickworks Quarry, which is in a Barremian terrestrial marl/claystone in the Wessex Formation of the United Kingdom.

Distribution: found only at Rudgwick Brickworks Quarry
