Type specimen: IVPP V14155, a partial skeleton (partial skull with right mandible, and articulated postcranium (no). Its type locality is Lujiatun village, Shangyuan [general] (IVPP), which is in a Barremian/Aptian fluvial tuff in the Yixian Formation of China.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at Lujiatun village, Shangyuan [general] (IVPP)
