Type specimen: IVPP V13605, a skeleton. Its type locality is Lujiatun village, Shangyuan [general] (IVPP), which is in a Barremian/Aptian fluvial tuff in the Yixian Formation of China.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution:

• Cretaceous of China (2 collections)
