Type specimen: NZGS TM 3587. Its type locality is GS3616, Productus Creek, Letham Burn (D44/f9478), which is in a Wordian marine horizon in the Mangarewa Formation of New Zealand.
Ecology: facultatively mobile deep infaunal suspension feeder

• Permian of Australia (2 collections), New Zealand (2), the Russian Federation (3)
