Type specimen: MB.Ga.2388, a shell. Its type locality is Misurina near Cortina d'Ampezzo (MfN coll), which is in a Julian carbonate limestone in the Cassian Formation of Italy.
Ecology: epifaunal grazer
Distribution: found only at Misurina near Cortina d'Ampezzo (MfN coll)
