  • Pentaceratops sternbergii: AMNH 6325, a skull. Its type locality is Pentaceratops type, AMNH loc. 12863, which is in a Campanian terrestrial horizon in the Fruitland Formation of New Mexico.
  • Pentaceratops fenestratus: PMU.R200, R.286, a skeleton. Its type locality is south branch, Meyers Creek, which is in a Campanian terrestrial horizon in the Kirtland Formation of New Mexico.

Distribution:

• Cretaceous of United States (5: Colorado, New Mexico collections)
