Taxonomy
Rhabdophyllia flexuosa was named by Roniewicz (1976). It is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Topalu 4, Dobrogea, Romania, which is in a Kimmeridgian reef, buildup or bioherm reef rocks in Romania.
