Prionochelys nauta
Taxonomy
Prionochelys nauta was named by Zangerl (1953). Its type specimen is CNHM P26237, a partial skeleton, and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Devil's Backbone, which is in a Campanian marine marl in the Marlbrook Marl Formation of Arkansas.
