Waagenophyllum klamathensis

Taxonomy
Waagenophyllum klamathensis was named by Stevens (1987). Its type specimen is USNM 401462 and is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is SJS-919, Van Sicklin Butte, Klamath Mountains, which is in a Capitanian carbonate limestone in the Dekkas Formation of California.
