Arenila krebsi
Taxonomy
Arenila krebsi was named by Lapparent de Broin and Werner (1998). Its type specimen is TUB Vb-641, a partial skull (partial skull), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Ammonite Hill interdunal channel 28 (271080/2), which is in a Maastrichtian coastal sandstone/claystone in the Dakhla Formation of Egypt. It is the type species of Arenila.
