Suaptenos whitei
Taxonomy
Suaptenos whitei was named by Lawrence (1943). Its type specimen is M. C. Z. no. 4056, a limb element (humerus), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Thomas Farm, which is in a Hemingfordian terrestrial sandstone/claystone in the Alachua Formation of Florida.
