Shansisuchus shansisuchus
Taxonomy
Shansisuchus shansisuchus was named by Young (1964). Its type specimen is IVPP V 2503, a partial skull (Skull roof), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Hsishihwa 56173, Lotzeyue, Wuhsiang, which is in an Anisian terrestrial sandstone/mudstone in the Ermaying Formation of China. It is the type species of Shansisuchus.
