Palaeontinopsis maximus

Taxonomy
Palaeontinopsis maximus was named by Martynov (1937). Its type specimen is PIN 4617, a tegmen (anterior portion of membrane), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Shurab II, Ditch 179, which is in a Toarcian terrestrial horizon in the Sulyukta Formation of Kyrgyzstan.
