Ulyana excellens
Taxonomy
Ulyana excellens was named by Gratshev (1999). Its type specimen is PIN 3559/6465, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Bon Tsagaan (PIN collection 3559, outcrop 87/7), which is in an Aptian lacustrine siliciclastic in the Dzun-Bain Formation of Mongolia.
