Nymphites braueri
Taxonomy
Nymphites braueri was named by Haase (1890). Its type specimen is JME AS V 55 1095-1 Nr 1 (neotype), an exoskeleton (whole insect with bad preservation), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Eichstätt, Solnhofen (Jura Museum JME and Kümpel collection), which is in a Tithonian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal lime mudstone in the Solnhofen Formation of Germany.
