Cratopteryx robertosantosi
Taxonomy
Cratopteryx robertosantosi was named by Martins-Neto and Vulcano (1989). Its type specimen is CV-1538, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Crato (Vulcano collection), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large carbonate in the Crato Formation of Brazil. It is the type species of Cratopteryx.
