Taxonomy
Olenellus parvofrontatus was named by Fritz (1991). Its type specimen is GSC 91842, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a mold. Its type locality is Collection 90669, which is in a Dyeran marine limestone in the Illtyd Formation of Canada.
